  5.     In this application, students use a spectophotometer to follow the progression of an enzymatic reaction.  The computer lab introduces students to the components and functions of the machine.  The second part introduces students to the concept of absorbance and leads them through important information for designing experiments using the spectrophotometer.

  7. Bio210Lab4 is used as a pre-lab exercise for Introductory Biology at Allegheny College.
